Our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a unique 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a refund within 90 days of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Dietary Supplements
- Dietary supplements cannot be returned once opened, as per regulations.
- However, you may qualify for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee:
- Applies to your first purchase of the product.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of purchase.
- For orders including quantities exceeding the recommended 90-day supply, refunds will only be issued for unopened units in their original packaging, free from damage. Shipping costs for these returns will be covered by the customer.
2. Defective Products or Errors in Orders
Please inspect your product upon receipt. If it is defective or you received the wrong product:
- Report the issue within 7 days by emailing us at hello@u-better.com, including photos and a description of the issue.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@u-better.com with your order details, reason for the request, and any relevant photos.
- Approval Process: We will review your request within 3–5 business days. If approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
- Processing the Refund: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Note: Refund times may vary based on your bank or credit card company.
Exceptions and Exclusions
1. Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns for:
- Products purchased on sale or during special promotions.
- Opened dietary supplements (unless defective).
- Gift cards.
2. Errors or Damages
If the error or damage is our responsibility:
- We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item and send the correct product free of charge.
U.S. Customers Only
This policy applies only to customers residing in the United States. We do not currently ship or handle returns from other regions.
